DYNAMIC K-SERIES HORIZONTAL IMPACT CRUSHERS

DYNAMIC K-SERIES IMPACT CRUSHERS can be used in both stationary and portable applications generally in Secondary and Tertiary crushing within the circuit.

In a recycle application, the K-SERIES IMPACT CRUSHER operates as a primary crusher.

Blowbars available for the Dynamic HSI come in three (3) standard grades:

  • high chrome
  • medium chrome
  • low chrome.

Features:

  • quick setting adjustment with hydraulic ram mechanism
  • heavy-duty springs for consistent crushing force and processing of tramp iron
  • oversized bearings for longer service life
  • large feed openings and safety lockouts for safe maintenance and repairs

Custom options:

  • Manganese blowbars are available upon request.
  • Side-liners are constructed from AR steel plate.
  • Curtain liners are offered in cast chrome steel and manganese.

Depending on application and or preference, most models offer an optional grinding path (third curtain).
