DYNAMIC SCREW WASHERS (DSW)

Dynamic Screw Washers have been increasingly popular in fine material washing applications in many quarrying plants.

Dynamic Screw Washers design consists of a heavy duty fabricated steel tub, extra wide sides for maximum product retention.

The spiral shaft is made from a single piece tube incorporating replaceable ni-hard wear shoes covering the full surface of the spiral.

At the core of the screw washer is a heavy duty gearbox using oil bath lubrication for maintenance free operation and extending the life of the machine.

Diameter screws sizes available:

  • 36”
  • 44”
  • 54”

Custom options:

  • single screw
  • double screw

Double screw option provides increased production and capacity.

All machines come with a discharge chute and full guarding of the drive motor and pulley system.

DYNAMIC ULTIMATE WASHING PLANT (UWP)

The Dynamic Ultimate Washing Plant is a completely integrated system consisting of a dewatering screen, deep sump tank, cyclone, slurry pump and drive motor.

These components are designed on a compact and user friendly platform with extensive walkways and handrails making the Dynamic Ultimate Wash Plant easy and safe to work on for regular maintenance and repairs.

Standard UWP sizes include:

  • UWP100 (100tph)
  • UWP200 (200tph)
  • UWP300 (300tph)

Features:

  • Modular design for container shipment and easy field setup.
  • Dynamic Ultimate Wash Plant can be disassembled without any cutting or welding.

 Custom larger plants are available upon request.

DYNAMIC LOG WASHERS (DLW)

Based on “American Legacy” designs for durability, low operation and maintenance costs.

Dynamic Log Washers are used in heavy duty washing applications to liberate clay contaminants from gravel, stone and similar products.

Features:

  • replaceable cast-steel paddle tips,
  • oil bath lubricated high reduction gearbox.

In severe applications, longer units should be used to increase the scrubbing action and retention time in the tub.

Applications commonly used in are concrete and asphalt aggregates, quartz, gold, iron ore and slag processing.
